Owner & CEO
A lifelong host, Tracy always had the gift of entertaining. From early on Tracy honed the skills that led her to open the very first Tracycakes Bakery Café in 2006. With signature cupcakes and delicious homemade meals, Tracy treats every Tracycakes guest with that same hospitality.
Together with her team, Tracy operates two Tracycakes locations: in Abbotsford and Murrayville. In her off-hours, Tracy and her husband Ray enjoy adventuring with their Golden Retriever Reverend, family time at the cabin, gardening, and spending time with their five grandchildren: Jonah, Fox, Sadie, Nora, Wesley & Kinsley.
JESSICA HARRISON
Chief Operations Officer
Tracy’s youngest daughter (and “mini-me”), Jessica has been an integral part of the Tracycakes team from day one. She completed a culinary arts program in 2009 and, as Chief Operations Officer, she has kept all aspects of our business running smoothly.
Jessica and her husband live in Abbotsford with their son Wesley, baby daughter Kinsley, and their delightful Golden Retriever Baxter. She is currently on maternity leave.
COURTNEY LEMIEUX
Operations Manager; Wedding & Events Coordinator
A married mother of two, Courtney completed her Culinary Arts program in 2008 and her Baking & Pastry Arts Program in 2009.
Courtney’s passion for baking is evident in every cake she creates, and her uncanny attention to detail makes her an exceptional operations manager, wedding planner, and baker extraordaire. We’re lucky to have her on our team!
RILEY REMPEL
Café Manager - Murrayville
Riley brings over 15 years of hospitality experience to the Tracycakes team and currently manages our Murrayville café. Passionate about creating welcoming guest experiences and building strong teams, Riley thrives in the fast-paced world of hospitality.
Outside the café, Riley enjoys spending time with his spouse and their two dogs, training in Filipino martial arts, and tending to the garden whenever the weather cooperates.
